When was the last time, you my friend have given your gut a break, a true break from indigestion and overworking of all the solid foods you have consumed ? Let’s take a moment to reflect on the emotional imbalances we have encountered daily battling with ourselves, the indecisiveness and confusion. The main concern is the diseases that keep emerging in the body and taking our lives:
Heart disease Alzheimer disease
Mental diseases Cancer
Stroke Pneumonia
Pulmonary disease Kidney disease
Diabetes
These diseases are highly preventable. They are mainly brought on by countless years of terrible eating without properly giving our gut a break from an overworked digestive system.
Take into consideration a poison that has been out for thousands of years: the food we consume. Now most of the food consumed by Americans are considered poisonous. So what will a poison do to the individual ?:
Cause addiction to the poison itself
Throw off balance of the majorly bodily systems
Decrease the amount of oxygen flowing to the tissues
Block the natural flow of blood
Finally killing the person slowly but surely
Circling back to the key point- taking care of the gut for a happy life. I will shine light on a very underrated element in our body that makes everything evolve and change : ENZYMES. Enzymes are properties of all living cells that bring about change. They are specific proteins that are active in every cell of the body, without enzyme activity there is ultimately no life. An enzyme itself is a living principle.
There are 2 main types of Enzymes in the body: METABOLIC AND DIGESTIVE. METABOLIC - Metabolic enzymes are produced internally and are responsible for running the body at the level of the blood, tissues, and organs. They can be considered as the workaholic protein molecules that are necessary to allow our biochemical body operate.
DIGESTIVE - The mouth, the stomach, the pancreas, the liver, and the intestine produce various enzymes whose job is to break down any food we eat into energy. No matter how greasy or the excessive amount of cheese, nor how much white sugar and or how indigestible a food is, your body will try to break it down by means of enzymes. Some foods are very easy on the body, those are the ones which contain all the enzymes necessary for complete digestion. Examples: apples, oranges, bananas, green peppers, pears, broccoli basically raw fruits and vegetables. These foods do not require for the body to waste excessive energy to produce a lot of powerful digestive juices, in order to change them into a usable form. When combined into a powerful blender to make a digestible juice/smoothie you are actually showing love and care to the Tangible body. Love yourself, invest your money correctly. Start the journey to the ultimate you, by Investing in a juicer or a blender which are two of the tools that I personally use to aid in a healthier lifestyle.
